The Rector of the University of Bertoua hereby informs candidates for initial admission to the University of Bertoua that the procedure for submitting a physical file for pre-registration in the chosen establishment (from 01 September 2023) is as follows:
Print out your card containing your unique code and signature; Go to your school with the following documents:
- Two (02) signed copies of your pre-registration form;
- The receipt for payment of the pre-registration fee (10,000 FCFA)
- One (01) certified photocopy of your Baccalaureate/GCE-AL transcript, or any other diploma deemed equivalent;
- Certified photocopies of level 1 & II transcripts for holders of a Law degree, if applicable;
- One (01) certified photocopy of the Relevé de Notes du Probatoire/GCE-O Level or of the Attestions de réussite;
- One (01) certified photocopy of the BEPC for holders of a law degree;
- Un (01) arrêté d'équivalence pour les titulaires d'un diplôme étranger ou un récépissé de dépôt de la demande d'équivalence du diplôme requis
- One (01) certified copy of the birth certificate; One (01) medical certificate issued by a doctor from the health administration attesting that the candidate is fit to pursue higher education.
- Four (04) 4×4 colour photographs Your application must be validated in a computer room which will be indicated to you when you submit your application to the chosen establishment, and you will be given a receipt for this.
NB:
Only Baccalaureates issued by the Office du Baccalauréat du Cameroun (OBC) or admitted as equivalent by MINESUP and GCEs issued by the GCE Bord du Cameroun or admitted as equivalent by MINESUP will be accepted when physical applications are submitted;
The list of students authorised to register for the first time at the University of Bertoua will be communicated, subject to authentication of diplomas, by 29 September 2023 at the latest.
