First admission The Rector of the University of Bertoua informs the university community, the general public and applicants for first admission to the University of Bertoua that:

Pre-registration for the 2023-2024 academic year will be open in all the Faculties of the University Institution for which it is responsible during the period from 14 August 2023 to 28 September 2023 and will be carried out exclusively online on the https://preinscriptions.univ-bertoua.org/ platform. Candidates are required to follow all the steps scrupulously. These are the following Faculties:

a) Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences;
b) Faculty of Science
c) Faculty of Economics and Management;
d) Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences.
Pre-registration fees are paid exclusively into the University of Bertoua's bank account No 70478465001-96 at BICEC or via EXPRESS UNION, and the pre-registration procedure will be given elsewhere.

Announcements concerning the opening of entrance examinations to the Grandes Ecoles of the University of Bertoua, for the academic year 2023/2024, will be signed by the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education in due course. These are the following Grandes Ecoles:
e) Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) ;
f) Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture, du Bois, de l'Eau et de l'Environnement (ISABEE);
g) Ecole Supérieure des Sciences de l'Urbanisme et du Tourisme (ESSUT);
h) Ecole Supérieure de Transformation des Mines et des Ressources Energétiques (ESTM).
