The Ecole Normale Superieure Capacitates its Teachers.

Under the patronage of the Rector of the University of Bertoua, Prof. Remy Magloire Etoua, the Ecole Normale Supérieure organised on Thursday 28 March 2024 a Capacitation Seminar for its teachers. The meeting was held in the VIP room of the new headquarters building of the Bertoua town hall. Theme: "Techniques and Methods of Evaluation of Student-Teachers and Guidance Counsellors admitted to practical training for the 2023/2024 academic year".

In his introductory remarks Professor OLIVIER NOTE, Director of the Ecole Normale Supérieure at the University of Bertoua, recalled the efforts of the Rector in the context of the missions of the Ecole Normale Supérieure. These missions include improving the framework for collaboration with the Ministry of Secondary Education. Professor TSALA TSALA, representing the Rector of the University of Bertoua, reiterated to the supervisors of student teachers and guidance counsellors the need for good collaboration in order to achieve better results. A total of seven (07) workshops were held during the seminar, under the guidance of prominent teachers well-versed in the art of teaching: Workshop N°1 which dealt with Humanities under the supervision of Mr AYOTTA Jean Jacques Inspector Coordinator of Humanities. Workshop 2: on Letters, Arts and Languages under the guidance of Mr MODO NGUINA André Justin Inspector, Regional Coordinator for Letters, Arts and Languages. Workshop 3: on Science, led by Mr DOLIKE DOLIKE Jacquard Léandre Inspector, Regional Coordinator for Science. Workshop N°4: dealt with Computer Science, led by Dr FAH KUE Moïse Inspecteur Coordonnateur Régional Informatique. Workshop N°5: dealt with the Science of Education under the leadership of Mr ABAH Simon Inspecteur Coordonnateur Régional des Enseignements Normal. Workshop No. 6: on the Guidance Counsellor in the capable hands of Mrs BESSA Salomé, Regional Guidance and School Life Coordinating Inspector. Finally Workshop 7: Bilingualism, led by Mr LAM André, Regional Coordinating Inspector for Bilingualism. The following also took part Several officials from the University of Bertoua.
